Both Enterprise/Corporate 2.0 on one side, and fueled by a startup culture on the other one. We also composed by an extraordinary diversity, a catalyst of cultures. Each team member brings his own vision of the Web, Social Media and its usages. Mixed together, those unique identities are able to craft unique approaches our client’s digital & multichannel strategy.

Remote but always connected

How do we manage a team of about 80 team members located in 8 different countries and 6 different time zones? As surprising as it sounds, this is something easy and totally natural at Code.me. We use multiple tools allowing us to communicate with each other like if we were seating in the same office. Working around the clock, we centralize and coordinate our tasks with complex project management softwares and with the support of a small team of international coordinators. Finally, our management team travels often from one office location to another and regularly host international web conferences for the entire team.

Vibrant and fast paced

When you walk in any of our location you can literally feel the high energy level. There’s a buzz. Doors are open. Whiteboards are filled with hieroglyphics. People are getting stuff done. Meetings are short and to the point.

Everybody is giving everybody else credit. Ideas are judged on the merits, not on who came up with them.

Our culture is significantly about eliminating these boundaries. It’s about connecting people regardless of where they are located geographically and in the hierarchy. It’s about giving clients more channels into the organization – and team members more access out to clients.

Yes, we provide a large set of Social media products and services. Everyday, we support our clients investing more in the power of social media in order to increase their brand awareness and ROI but, as a company, this is something we have totally embraced. Social Media is totally part of or processes and day to day activities. We don’t argue, we listen to each other. It’s not a war of words. We don’t have to win any arguments. But we can listen to what other have to say and use that to further our understanding. Value Dialog is at the core of our organization. We listen, respond, encourage the other person to share more and find mutual understanding.
